Toys for Tots

Don't miss the Toys for Tots Fill the Bus Event on Saturday, December 5th!
Donate via this direct link that supports LOCAL kids all year long.
Donations are distributed through the Christmas for Children project, Foster programs, and the Dove House.

Comfort Drive / Foster Kids / Dove House
All December!
Look for boxes around town in November and December, or bring them to the Toys for Tots drives on December 5!

Kiwanis and our Aktion Club Service Leadership Program are collecting new hats, jackets, gloves, coats, socks, and more!
All items are distributed to Foster Kids programs, the Dove House, and through Christmas for Children.
We cannot use Toys for Tots donations for non-toy items, so this warm clothing drive is especially important for kids and teens who are just trying to stay warm through winter.

Christmas 4 Children, December 19
PT Elks Lodge - new location!

Our 2026 Intake Form is now active!
Drop-in for for non-registered families will be announced as we firm up details.

Since 1974, Christmas 4 Children has brought holiday joy to local families in need throughout East Jefferson County. In partnership with Toys for Tots, community organizations, and generous volunteers, the Port Townsend Kiwanis Club helps provide supplemental gifts for approximately 500 children each year. Families can SIGN UP beginning in mid-October and shop the Toy Warehouse during our parent shopping day.

Christmas for Children is part of Port Townsend Kiwanis Kids' Christmas projects!
Volunteers needed in December for Set-up, Family Shopper support, Pack up/Clean up.

A New Home for Christmas 4 Children in 2026!

After many wonderful years of serving local families at our previous location, Christmas 4 Children is moving to the Port Townsend Elks Lodge for 2026!
We're grateful to the Port Townsend Elks for welcoming this long-standing community tradition into their lodge. As a Port Townsend Kiwanis project, and with the continued partnership of Toys for Tots and our dedicated volunteers, we'll once again be able to help bring a little extra holiday joy to children throughout East Jefferson County. We look forward to welcoming families to our new home on Saturday, December 19!
~ Christy, Christmas 4 Children Project Lead

We especially want to thank the Schauer and Liske Families and many other local volunteers for starting this project and running it with our support throughout many years!

Our Kids' Christmas projects are all Volunteer-run!

Thank you to Give Jefferson!

Thanks to grants from UGN/Jefferson Gives, we have been able to provide more children and teens with jackets and warm gear!
